Explain to me what happens to Neil “Forgurt in Time..?”

He gets killed back in 1954, but this is probably before he ever was born. What happens to the guy that survived the plane crash and was alive on the Island when Ben turned the wheel? Is that dude now dead?

Guy is born.
Guy crashes with Flight 815.
Guy travels back in time.
Guy dies.

This timeline always occurs. Whatever year he is born, he will be born and go through that exact order of events.

The Frogurt that died in 1954 was the same guy that survived the crash and was on the Island when the wheel was turned. He doesn't have to remain alive until he is born, because he was already born.

I can't remember but, what happened in Back to the Future when MJF goes back to the 1950s? Is he gone from current day California? What if he died back in 1950, would he just be MIA to his parents in 1984?

I'm pretty sure. There were no flashes in between those scenes. And I think it was Ellie, referenced that there was twenty of them at the beach. So I don't think there had been any time changes between then. But who knows?

Ok to stop confusion with Back to the Future the reason McFly was erasing himself from time is that he was changing big things in the past ie his mom was falling for him not his dad and the moment that his dad was gonna win his mom forever wasnt gonna happen thus parents dont get married and no more McFly but he makes the moment happen, and he lives. Frogurt did interact or change the past in any major way. The Others think the people coming to the island are US military so they kill them or try to. It is just presented to us oddly, try it this way before the US military gets there the others are in more ragged not uniformed clothing they kill the military and steel there clothes and assume that the military are still coming. Put yourself in the 50s in that mind set i would think that any one in plain clothes was US military sent to try and mix in with my group, thus the reason the military clothed others instantly attack the time traveling losties. just thoughts

Nope, the present Frogurt went back in time so there is currently no version of him in 2005. When Marty went back in time he was no longer in 1985. Had he died in the past they never would have seen him again in 1985.

OK.. thanks I got it now.. I was confused because I kept thinking of the scene when McFly comes back and sees himself leaving in the car to go back in time.

But that actually isn't CURRENT time, it was slightly Past time - right before he leaves for the past.
