Still Wondering bout Penny

So Charlie dies two seconds after hearing a message FROM PENNY who's "guys" know where Desmond is....Left hanging there. Then we're directed back to the pic of Des and P Naomi's carrying with her in tonite's episode and left tying the two together. Any thoughts? And if Penny's guys found Desmond (late nite phone call,remember?) Where are they at? The time delay Faraday discovered hanging them up? The time issue plays well into the time theme; flashforwards and flash backs, now "time travel" too....love them writers.

i still think that pennys dad has something to do with widmore or hanso...prob widmore though...i don't think she is aware what an a hole he is though.....i think that penny has mad money (daddy) and has people looking for dez

Yeah I'm sure Abbadon works for Penny's dad and hired Naomi to recruit the fantastic 4...which would explain why penny wouldn't know any of them, yet Naomi would since she's working for them. Maybe Naomi was told to get rid of Desmond or something since Penny's dad didn't like him?

I don't think Naomi recruited the fab. 4 dz, cause she was like, I don't want to babysit the headcase, ghostbuster, anthropologist and the drunk. She didn't want them, but for some reason, they were chosen.

makes total sense-in the midst of everything else going on I totally forgot why desmond is on the island-cuz of penny's dad! he wouldn't have been on the boat if he didn't have something to prove to her father-duh. so maybe pops has known he's here all along and freakin out since P's onto his location-time to take care of things? two birds one stone (ben)?

Yah true but she was told to gather these people up for the specific mission so I don't think the fab 4 knew Naomi at all before the mission like Frank (or maybe it was Miles) had said. And I also thought it was interesting that they wouldn't let Dan talk to Minkowski....remember when Frank let him borrow the phone he goes, and if Minkowski gets on the phone, don't talk to him. What do you think that was about??
