No.....when naomi said tell my sister i love her...that was code for "im checking out/dying"....i think that naomi and sayids elsa work for the same people and are trying to get to ben/island....

Not at all, Penny didn't seem to know who Naomi was at all when Charlie asked Penny about her in the station. I think Naomi is working for Abaddon (obviously) who is working for the Widmores. But I think its kept secret from Penny...thats just my opinion.
