OK, we keep talking about the experience of the losties who are traveling through time. But what about the people who they're visiting? Another words, when they flashed back to the 1950's and Richard and young Charles Widmore saw them and interacted with them, what did it look like to them when the flash came and suddenly they were all gone again? Do you think Richard and company saw the flash too? Did they all just freak out because eveyone just disappeared into thin air??

No I think only the Losties can see the Flash to everyone else there next to them one minute and the next there gone. Also I couldn't stop laughing at the Thread Title!

If I were a Yankee fan, I would have definitely picked up on the hooker theme, you know, A-Rod and the company he keeps. Hey, speaking of time travel, you think A-Rod is in some kinda time machine and he is really dating Madona back when she was still hot????

I'm not sure whether anyone else can see the flash. On the night when Aaron was born/that Boone died, nobody saw any flashes in that episode. As for Richard and the Others, they may not see the flash, but they may see Locke looking up at the sky and then try to see what he's seeing.

The only flash Richard and the Others notice is when Ben moved the Island. When Ethan was about to shoot Locke he wasnt aware of the light and when locke said something about it was going to happen again, Richard didnt know what he was talking about. I just wonder why Juliette is time skippiong if she was an Other. Maybe only those who were born on the Island or werent "marked" dont time skip

Juliet was brought to the Island and was never fully accepted as an other, i believe that's why she is time jumping plus she really wants off the island.
I don't believe it has anything to do with being born on the island. Although it is speculation, many believe that Miles and/or Charlotte were born on the island and they are currently skipping through time.

I'll stick by my theory is that it has something to do with the Temple. Locke and Sawyer have never been there, and so far as we know, niether have Juliet, Dan, Miles, or Charlotte.

They could have been marked and thats why they left the Island. And being marked makes you susceptible to the skipping
Perhaps the mark does make you susceptible, but I'm really curious what makes you not susceptible. We know for certain that many of the losties do not have marks yet they are still skipping. We definately need to learn more about the Temple because it does seem to be special. Ben truly wished to protect Alex, and the map he gave her led her to the Temple.
