And it was funny how they tried to make us feel bad for Naomi when she said "just tell my sister I love her"...yeah, ok.

I think the reference to her sister is a code for something far more sinister.

You missed what Naomi did for the Losties. If she wanted them dead. All she had to do was say "The stabed me and left me for dead!" Instead she tells the partal truth. "The limb stabed her chest" Ovcourse that might have just been a show for Kate. But Namoie did made it apparant to change the frequancy so her people could get the location. If her sister doese come into the picture. I imagien she will be looking for pay back or she will be in someone's flash back or flash Fwd.

Well, after naomi says that the branch stabbed her in the gut, the camera cuts to Kate's... quizzical?... face, then shows a point of view shot of the wound in her back. Seems significant.
