The more brain power that it takes to follow a show the smaller it's audience will be. A show like "American Idol" will always attract a larger audience. It's amazing that "LOST" has been able to maintain 14 - 16 million viewers for almost 4 years. It's a thinking person's show.

What the bloody hell is Moment of Truth?

And most of my friends who are not into LOST (yes, I DO associate with people like that) say that the main reason for not watching it now is it's too hard to follow. In other words, they think that missing one or two episodes makes it too hard to bother with. Gibberish, I say!!!
DVD's and ABC.com are godsends! And I say that it's worth using a few sick days to get caught up.

With all the crapload of crap on crapvision these days, LOST stands out big time. The only other drama I follow is HEROES, and LOST is ten times better than that.

this is ridiculous.....they talk about that moment of truth show...who cares about lie detectors...prob rigged anyway.....Lost def takes a lot of commitment from its fans to hold on for the ride and hang in no matter how frustrating.....i am sick of that damn american idol...sorry kiddos

I'm with you guys . Lost is the only primetime show I have seen in years. Us. I'm the discovery channel or the comedy channel. There is nothing on t.v except lost, and maybe CSI.
