Dude, That was the greatest episode of all time. I had trouble following it. First Hurley sees Charlie? What he's alive, but he says he's dead, but he also died, WHAT?!? And what is Hurley's big secret, the You have to tell thing, or the you can save them thing. And whats with the "Oceanic 6" did only 6 come back from the island and everyone else stay? Also is anyone gonna watch Eli Stone, and see that Oceanic secret that will change your life. Man this season is gonna be awesome!!! Please shed some light!:confused::cool:

I think that "Oceanic 6" means only six got off the Island. If they all got off, then there'd be nothing to go back for, right? I also think that somehow someone forced or threatened them into keeping quiet about all the "occurences" that happened on the Island. I think it'd explain why Jack said he's 'sick of lying' and why he'd ask Hurley if he'd say anything. It'd also explain the guy showing up in the mental hospital and scaring the heck out of Hurley.

I think Charlie is most likely dead, because seeing dead people in times of need is kind of a recurring theme in LOST.

I had heard that only 6 make it, but I was surprised that Hurley went with Locke instead of Jack yet Jack and hurley both came home. I would have thought the 6 were all those who went w/ Jack

Me too. So that means that somehow the group gets reunited again... or that something happens that makes Hurley come back... or something... The possibilities are pretty much endless. I was surprised that Rose and Bernard didn't go with Locke. I'm trying to figure out who the other three that made it off the Island were. We know Kate, Jack, and Hurley, for sure. Perhaps the man in the coffin in the season finale was another? Maybe Locke? Jack wouldn't consider Locke friend or family... and Kate wouldn't want to go to his funeral. Could be a possibility.

We know that Jack and Hurley are two of the Oceanic 6. We don’t know about Kate. The Oceanic 6 seem to be a publicity name given by the press for those whom they believe to be the only 6 survivors of the crashed plane. Possibly some others have gotten back to civilization in other ways, including, possibly Kate, if she isn’t one of the six.

There is no reason to think that the general public or press in general know anything at all about the island. There may be a cover story ... say that the six of them forced their way out of the wreckage in that undersea trench, and were found on a raft made of some floatable airplane wreckage. The cop questioning Hurley didn’t know anything about Ana-Lucia or the island. Since Ana-Lucia was his former partner, he would have been following the revealed story.

The three Losties we’ve seen back may be concealing the truth in part from fear of reprisals by others who have insisted they stay mum, in part because they know they wouldn’t be believed.

The folks on the freighter are quite likely those behind the earlier Dharma Initiative. After all, when Ben sided with the Hostiles and organized the purge of all those who didn’t side with him, and possibly arranged to hide the island more securely than it had been hidden, those behind the Dharma Inititative would be expected to try to find the island again. Hanso Corporation?

Was the drop of Dharma food near the Hatch done by Ben’s Others or by the people behind Dharma?

Penny Whitmore apparently represents another group. Perhaps those resposible for Dharma have split. That an incoming message from her was received by the Looking Glass is signtificant of something.

Possibly Jack, Hurley, and perhaps Kate, did something to hide the island again, restored some kind of shield, which necessitated them being outside of the range of the shield themselves.

The man in the coffin may not be one of the Losties. Remember, there will be new regulars this season. It might be one of them and perhaps not a particularly nice person. Kate seems to have cared little for him. Or it might be Ben.

Is Jack’s father alive again and a drunkard again? We’ve seen suggestions that the island, and those connected with it, can use powers to influence “fate”. Did Jack gain his father back, Kate undo her murder of her step-father, Hurley perhaps undo winning the lottery and being cursed, and similarly so with three others. That’s power that organizations would kill to have, and it’s no wonder that others on the outside are so ready to exploit the island.

That those behind Dharma would be quite happy to kill Bena and his Others seems reasonable, considering what Ben did to most of the Dharma folk. But why would they kill the Losties, as Ben claims? Is Ben lying to attempt to get Jack on his side? He lied about being born on the island.

Im under the impression thatthe six that get off are. Jack,Kate,Hurly,Sayid,Jin,and Micahel.

1.) Jack will be depressed about leaving because he feels it's all his fault what ever accured that has all six scared out their wits. Who ever is in that casket will be a guide to Jack or was and Jack goese to their funral in attempt to prove to him self they are dead. but when aske dto view the body. He replies with a unsecure no!.Like he doesn't wantto face teh truth. i think it's Locke and he now knows Locke was right or it's Juliet and Jack is heart broken over loosing her which explains Kate's bitter "Why would i go to the funeral"

2.)Hurley-We saw his trama over loosing Charlie. he belives it's his fault and he knows he should have stayed. He belives he betraded Charlie by finaly siding with Jack at some point and leaving. It's as if Charlie died in vein in his eyes. We know that Hurly will be one of the first to go crazy. Jack will some time later whe his beard grows out. "He doese look freaky with a beard."

3.)Jin will have trama over loosing Sun. i belive Sun will die . Not her and teh baby. But the baby will make it and Son will die due to compcations with child birth. Not because of the island "Curse" Jin will experance Son as a guide. which will make him go crazy. As if he lefther behind or forgot her.


4.) Sayid is a tough call it's hard telling what will be his mental breack down. But i imagine Shannon will be his guide or Nadia.


5.)Kate will eventualy see a flaw in leaving the island. she acts to Jack's mental breack down as Jack did to Hurly's. She will be one of the lastto breack down. Probly Sawyer will be her guide. And she will feel like sh eleft him behind. Something along thoes elines.

6.)Mike-is pretty much self explaintory. the guilt over killing two inocent lives and selling out his friends will cause him a breack down. Could very well be him in that casket. The Paper did say survived by a teenaged son. Will he have a guide and who if he doese? ahhh Libby. She is supos eto come back as a flash back or something like Charlie.Nahh i don'tthink so. but it would be a good guilt trip.


As far as Charlie being dead. He is dead. But is he at peace? Is it an island recarnation? who knows. pretty far fetch but he did say I am dead but yet im here.
