Your favourite season 2 episode and why?

My fave episode of season 2 and favourite ever has to be the finale. Everything was coreographed to perfection and it such a nail-biter!

my best episode of season 2 this is a tough decision, so many great episodes in season 2 i could watch that whole season again and again. michael emmerson really made season 2 get interesting when he was captive in the swan hatch. "you guys got any milk?" total genius that guy, the way he played off jack and locke against each other, and the creepy look on his face when jack pulls sayid off of him...great actor! i really hope ben does not get killed off in season 4. anyway for shock factor i would have to vote the best ep. of s2 being episode 20.

This is too hard... Season 2 was my favourite Season...
I loved many moments - these include the moment we realise what's down the hatch, Michael interacting with Walt via the hatch computer, 'Henry' saying 'you guys got any milk?', Libby being in Hurley's mental home, and Michael shootign Ana-Lucia and Libby, etc...
Oh, and the boat coming to the island

I think the best episode has to be 'One of Them'...
'Henry's introduction, just raised so many questions, and was a Sayid flashback; enjoyed it soo much

lockdown is my fave!

and michael emerson is amazing in season 2 - one minute you believe him, next you dont! he goes from being wide eyed, scared victim to creepy manipulator brilliantly!

I love the first two episodes of the season, especially when Sawyer and Michael are being circled by the shark, that was brilliant! And I love 'Two for the road' when Ana Lucia gets the gun off Sawyer - hot!

I agree. I cant just pick one. I love the ones with Michael Emerson- Lockdown, the "got milk" ep and the one where Eko comes in to talk to him. But I think my fave is the finale- suspenseful, exciting, everything that makes this show so great.

I like the first epsiode with Desomnd and the last with Desmond.The introduction of the talies.Walt appearing everywhere.But the two epsoides I dont think I can never get enough of is when Bernard met Rose and when John met Helen.

Definitely the premiere. The very beginning where "Make Your Own Kind Of Music" is playing and Desmond is hanging in the hatch is unforgettable, and the part where the song comes on while Jack is surveying the hatch for the first time is what made me smile and think, "This is a really, really good show."

Season 2 was my favorite season because it had you looking left and right for easter eggs (clues). You spotted many books, characters crossed paths before the island or could be seen in the background, and Sawyer had great name-calling or sawyerisms. I for one really liked the hatch, felt it gave mystery and a sense of location for the island. I only know what my favorite overall episode is (Tricia Tanaka is Dead), but I would have to rewatch season 2 to really narrow it down.

Anyway season 2 is also my favourite for many of the reasons already given.
Too many great episodes in this season;
Man of Science/Man of Faith (The awesome intro of Des and the hatch),
Adrift (Michael arguing with Sawyer and the ensuing drama in the hatch),
Orientation (Locke meets Helen and Des runs away),
Lockdown (Locke's smartness and the undoing of "Henry Gale"),
One of them (Sayid kicking Ben's ass),
What Kate did (Finally we find out why she was in cuffs),
The other 48 days (action filled summary episode),
? (great drama,Eko moves into the Swan),
Two for the road (the tragically shocking,shootings of Ana Lucia and Libby),
Dave,
23rd psalm,
The long con,
The hunting party,
Maternity leave,
the episode where they find the balloon(I love the look on Ben's face when he is found out).
My overall fave episode of Lost is Live Together Die Alone cos it was amazing from start to finish,too much action,mystery,intrigue,suspense,drama and excellent flashbacks of Desmond.

wowsers, i know season 2 was chock full of goodness but you may wish to keep the fav list in single digits... :)


I have 3 favs from season 2:
? because Eko is the man
Lockdown because we got treated to the lock down occurrence and the Ben/John relationship really got a good foothold
and Live Together Die Alone because it was just a well orchestrated episode and we were given reason why the plane crashed.
