Was it 3 years ago when the 06 arrived? If so, I think that time caught up with her somehow when she saw them and this caused her brain thingy. Anyhow, I think she is connected with the island somehow.

I think the tombstone was fake. I think she moved to Chicago and married a shoe salesman...

It said on the Grave 2006. So that was one Year before everyone went back.
