Where are they? Last we saw them was running from the flaming arrows. But three years have now passed?? Are they dead, or do you think when Locke turned the wheel the jumped to present time.

The producers have stated that they are not dead. If you think logically....Rose and Benard (and a couple other remaining survivors of 815) were all flashing through time like everyone else. So, wouldn't you think they stopped flashing with everyone else...in the same time (70's Dharma time)...not that hard to follow. They are not very important characters so the show will get back to them sooner or later. Personally I'd much rather see story line pertaining to our main characters and worry about minor characters as needed.

Yeah this question is getting a bit old now, so, its about time I put in my 10 pence worth! There is no reason to think Rose and Bernard haven't been time jumping along with the rest of the gang. It would seem unlikely that they joined Juliet and co at the Dharma camp because that would have contradicted James's lie. So we can only presume that they are living elsewhere on the island. Just what they have been up to is anyone's guess, but, I would not be surprised if they have ended up with the folks from the 316 crash. It is about time we were told though!

316 crash people are in current time. Rose and Bernard are in Dharma time. They need to address where the've been for 3 years 1974-1977.

I agree that the were flashing with Sawyer and Co. But they could have flashed to the present time when Locke turned the wheel because that is where they are supposed to be. So they will meet up with Lupidis the rest of 316.

Doesn't make sense. They were on the island and flashing with the rest. Why would they jump to present time when everybody else, except dead Charlotte moved together. Why jump to the flaming arrow days, together etc. and then not the last time. Seems inconsistent.

Maybe they are with Richard and the others? I doubt they could have survived on their own without being part of Dharma or being given an ultimatum by Richard to join or die. It is still possible that Sawyer found them and brought them into the Dharma fold or has them safely stashed someplace. Frankly, I found their story line annoying and a time waster. I blame this more on the show's inability to write for older characters.

i didnt really connect with those characters but i would like to know where they went.

I think Bernard must be Jacob simply because it's so difficult to imagine why he is in the show otherwise.

Yeah, Yeah, I had already made a comment before last weeks episode saying the same, Lol. But I have watched a UK only making of the show and a 'pilot' is seen at the Dharma camp, just dont know if its now or then! ( dont want to say to much here )

I don't think Bernard is Jacob but, i do however think Rose & Bernard are with "The Others". Thats probably the weakest theory about them but, thats ok

Most likely Rose, Bernard, and Vincent are all a part of Dharma. Sawyer told Horace that there was more people on his boat, and that he wanted to find them. So it would be 100% believable for Sawyer to tell the DI that he found 2 of them but there's still more people out there. That way Rose and Bernard are safe, and Sawyer gets to keep searching for Locke and Kate's return.

They were, but I have a feeling only Rose, Bernard, and Vincent will survive.
They could always kill off anyone that made it past the flaming arrows with time changing nosebleeds.

I have been thinking alot about this lately and think they might have possibly went back to live at the caves and possibly die there becoming the "adam and Eve" skeletons
