Hi. I'm new to this forum. Is Horrace the guy from the mental place that Hurley was in? The guy who kept on repeating the numbers that Hurley used to play the lottery.

horace is the guy that arrives as ben is being born. he drives them to the hospital and arranges for ben and his father to come to the island some years later
