I'm not sure if this "old news" or whatever but I randomly came across it last night by accident and haven't heard anyone talk about it yet. It's a website (dated February 7, 2007 so thats why I feel like it may be old news) but this is what is says for the birth of HansoAir:

"Today the Hanso Foundation formally and publically announces the acquisition of Oceanic Airlines which will now be known as HansoAir. With Oceanic Airlines filing for bankruptcy during the holiday season of 2005 following the bizarre disappearances of several Pacific Ocean flights in 2004 the company welcomed the friendly takeover from its former partner, the Hanso Foundation. Before the acquisition, the Hanso Foundation was owed nearly 350 million dollars for the high tech piloting technology being prepared for the next generation of the Oceanic Airlines fleet. The technology was destined to revolutionize traveller comfort and safety with an Artificial Intelligence Piloting System (AIPS). By acquiring Oceanic Airlines, the Hanso Foundation will continue the dream of fully unmanned commercial airline flights to the most beautiful tropical destinations around the globe."

The link is here: http://www.hansoair.org/index.html

Again, sorry if this is old news and I'm just outta the loop. Any thoughts??

I found it interesting them talking about a NEW technology of artificial intelligence piloting...hmmm?

Yah! And I just clicked on this site called "Mack Thompson Law" who is apparently suing Oceanic Airlines and HansoAir. I found it interesting that it says:

"On September 29, 2006, our legal team filed a civil suit against a subsidiary of The Hanso Foundation, HansoAir, in the Second District Appellate Court of California. Proceedings will take place in Division Three courts in Los Angeles. You may recall that Los Angeles was to be the destination of Oceanic Airlines Flight 815, a jet liner utilizing a test version of the Artificial Intelligence Piloting System (AIPS) supplied by The hanso Foundation."

It also says:

"The allegation put forth is that HansoAir wrongfully terminated over 200 employees due to their possible knowledge of illegal, immoral, and unethical activities committed by The Hanso Foundation."

Here's the site: http://www.mackthompsonlaw.com/

Click on the top part to read about how they suit Oceanic Airlines...its super interesting!!

Here's another interesting thing from the Mack Thompson Law page...

Hanso Foundation Lawsuit
Current - ???
"Mack has had strong suspicions about The Hanso Foundation ever since his step-father disappeared while working there. After years of observation the oppurtunity to serve legal papers to Hanso has finally presented itself. Updates will be provided at this website."

I learned from his bio that his step-father's name was Michael Thompson who worked on the legal team at Hanso. I wonder who that was and why he disappeared?? OMG there is sooo much stuff on these sites I can't even get through it all....this show is crazy haha.

"The allegation put forth is that HansoAir wrongfully terminated over 200 employees due to their possible knowledge of illegal, immoral, and unethical activities committed by The Hanso Foundation."

Could be the reason why Frank Lapidus was not the pilot for that flight. great find!

ok, all this stuff is super confusing to me. Is it all (websites you gave) part of that reality game 'The Lost Experience'? or is it part of the show? or is it both ?

It makes me so confused...

It also claims that the Hanso Foundation has a branch called Hanso Adoptions and when this guy Mack was adopted they claim he was special.....perhaps this is the same adoption agency Locke grew up in?????

Sorry for the MILLION posts but PLEEEEEASE read this ENTIRE page....http://www.mackthompsonlaw.com/blog/2006/10/18/astikon-dikaion/

The beginning seems boring, just talking about his law firm and Greeks in Law....but as you keep reading it gets into The Hanso Foundation AND if you read the comments it starts talking about number of toes and the dharma initiative and the adoption agency.....MAYBE the 4-toed statue has to do with Greeks and Dharma???? Please read and let me know what you think!
