Lost better start getting good soon. The last few episodes have been poor. It feels like I'm watching a soap opera.

And as this season is only 14 episodes long as is the final series, at 9 episodes in I would like to get some answers.

Ethan being the baby isn't anything good, the only thing that was interesting was Christian getting that picture, which shows the losties have been there before and maybe Bens known that all along (obviously because he meets Sayid at the end)

But please Lost answer some questions ! ! ! ! ! ! !

First, this season is 17 episodes, not 14. As is season 6. Ethan is important for 2 reasons. 1 to prove that Sawyer did not change the past by saving Amy from getting shot and 2 because he was born into the DI and became an other somehow.

WTF is with people saying that LOST sucks. This is by far the best season, and every episode has given us clues and answers. If you dont think it is answering questions for you, or that it isnt good..DONT WATCH IT! WTF

Agreed, I think some folks just have trouble with the fact that no question seems to get answered without asking 2 more. :)

If all the questions were answered then the show would end. I am quite sure that when things wrap up we will know what we need to know. In the meantime, keep watching and enjoy!

i am not sure i agree with #2. well i guess i do? sort of?

Sawyer did not change the future, but he may have influenced it. it is possible that Ethan was only able to be born because he and Juliet intervened, which only reaffirms the future we already know. Ethan had to be born, because Sawyer and Juliet were always going to go in the past and save him. what happens, happens. whatever Sawyer and Juliet and anyone else are going to do, it will only cause the future that we know of...

so i guess i do agree with your statements about why Ethan's birth was significant.
