Are the losties that were on the island in the 70's on the original list that Ben gave to Michael? This might prove that Ben remembers all of them from when he was a child with Dharma

The list had Jack, Kate, Hurley, and Sawyer on it. But I don't know if we can use that as proof Ben remembered them from Dharma - he had names for all the survivors at that time.

* James Ford

Right-The only one left off that list is Jin. Remember, Ben tried to tell them how special they were and he sent Hurley back to tell everyone to stay away. Miles and Daniel weren't there yet. Juliette was heavily recruited by Ben and Richard

True, but I find the roster of that whole scenario interesting. Jack, Sawyer, Kate, and Hurley are all headed to meet with the others. In the meantime, Sun, Jin, and Sayid are all working to flank the others and spring a trap. The members of the two little groups could be foreshadowing a rift emerging between the losties.

Great point with the foreshadowing! Do you think that preview of the upcoming episode could be a bit deceiving and that all the arguments and tense moments are apart of Sawyers plan to save Sayid?

well most of the folks on here dont seem to like preview discussions, but I will say that i think you are on the right track with this. I also think sayid is going take his own measures to try and get out of his predicament.

Speaking of lists....

We have 3 lists:

-the list of 815ers that the others took
-the list Ben gave Michael
-the list Ben gave Sayid


I'd like to hear thoughts on why any of these lists exist and if we'll ever get to see the exact contents of these lists. Anyone?
