You know how Lost has a reason for everything they show? Well, something about the time 3:16. What about in the bible John 3:16? I just find it odd. For anyone who doesn't know what it is look it up on Wikipedia.

That verse was engraved on Eko's stick as well....where else does 3:16 come up? I know what the verse is but I'm having a hard time seeing the relevance.

You know how you see it in weird places like basketball games football games maybe this is just another way. Maybe "Believe and you will have eternal life"(on the Island). Echo had it on his stick that is two places so far. Maybe there has been more.

After watching that thing on you-tube if Jack is what they say he is then John 3:16 goes with that. So much stuff.

Actually you said "...Well, something about the time 3:16..." - you didn't specify the timer or anything. That's why I missed it.

interesting video - not sure how anything 3.16 ties in with it though. sorry if i am being dim.
Is it suggesting that jacob is jack from the future - gone back to the island but 'enslaved' by it?

I'm not really saying Jack persay but what John 3:16 means. I just think it is an odd time for it not to mean something.
