If Kate got pregnant by Jack the night before they flew out on Ajira 316(thus recreating Claire), it would be hilarious if she ended up with Sawyer and he raised Jack's kid. Maybe Juliet would end up delivering the baby. :) This would be a good twist. :)

(This is just a thought. Doubt this is where the writers will go.)

Maybe Sawyer and Juliet have a kid of their own per Amy and Juliet's conversation. I bet Sawyer's kid can take Jack's kid in a fight.

You hear of love "Triangles", but with Kate, Jack, Sawyer and Juliet, it's a Love Quadrangle!? But at least there's 2 men and 2 women, all straight (yeah, by the way, why aren't there any gays on the island? but anyway...), so if they pair off in either direction it can be a win/win situaton.

Now Jack and Juliet are both doctors - does that make for a better match? Juliet and James seem quite content together - are they "in love"? I think there was probably more fire and passion between Kate and Sawyer - but who knows, we're seeing Sawyer and Juliet 3 years into their relationship - it seems "comfortable" for them. Any theories on who will end-up with whom?
