We hear her say in French that they're all dead, etc, and then we hear a man saying the number of iteration. Who is the man if her entire team is dead? How could it be playing on a loop if there is a new iteration number given at the end? Are these two different transmissions? Why would someone record 16+ years of iteration numbers?

I think the iteration is just computer generated automatically. The DI must have had the original broadcast set up much in the same way.

I think the iteration number is a computer generated voice. Like microsoft sam. Computers have had the ability to Recite numbers verbally since the early 80's The number iteration is not looped. Only Danielles message is. The computer just recites the ascending number after each loop of her message.
