then sayid said that he was right- he is a killer ........then he shot ben.


but ben only called him a true killer because..thats what sayid said to him before he got shot.

Yes. mostly, he does. You are correct.
And it is Ben's job to course correct what has gone awry. Certain things must occur whether we think it is right or wrong the way it happens.

Yes. When they had that conversation where older Ben called Sayid a killer, I knew Sayid was going to shoot young Ben, and that's why Ben considers Sayid a killer.

i agree that ben knew it was gonna happen and i still think that he does die but yet lives. and he knew he needs this to happen to him too so he can be a certain way. perhaps he has been revived by the time he is found and the DI are non the wiser and he is sent back to them as its still not his time to be with the others yet, simply because they want to use him to destroy the DI.

whatever happend in the past has already happening, so it has already happened. therefore, when ben is OLD in 2007, he knows sayid shot him when he was 11. when ben was 11, he didnt know sayid was going to shoot him.
