Ok, so I know this is irrelevant to the meaning of Lost(or maybe it's not), but what is the current status of the loving Vincent(Walt's dog). I personally beleive he is alive, but have no idea whether he is in the past or the present or whatever?

Everyone please give your opinions

My guess is that Vincent is on the island in 2007. He's probably doing Jacob/Christian's bidding. I think he will run into Locke pretty soon ...or not.

I wish they'd give him a bigger role and more of a story line. There are a LOT of dog lovers who wonder and worry about Vincent. I hope they didn't just forget about him and we never hear about him again, That would be just WRONG! Love you Vincent.

Damon & Carlton said that Vincent will live to the end of the series, so he isn't dead. We''ll find out soon enough where him,Rose and Bernard are. More and likely he is with Rose & Bernard wherever they are

Damon & Carlton said that Vincent will live to the end of the series...Now I'm thinking they'll kill him off in the series finale. :(

Meaning, he'll live till the end of the seriesThere was a Disney movie my kids watched recently called Camp Rock. The main character and her friend got in trouble and were punished by not being allowed to perform until "the end of Final Jam" in the words of the head of the camp. The twist being that at the end of Final Jam they were allowed to perform.

ABC is owned by Disney...

Old Yeller was a Disney movie too.

And that is related to the story of Lost, how? I"m just making the point that Damon & Carlton said that Vincent the dog was the only cast member they would confirm to live to the end of the series, and you want to go and compare a Disney movie with Lost? Whatever...

this is lame, but Vincent did or did not have to have a CONSTANT? He lived long enough to survive the flashes, but I wonder if his nose bled or felt any side effects.

Did we see Vincent time traveling with the rest of the 815 survivors? I don't specifically remember him, but let's say he did. I would think he suffered side effects like the humans, and like Eloise the rat did. I'm not saying he's dead; I'm just saying he probably had nose bleeds and headaches like the others. Vincent had never been on the Island before, so his symptoms would have been mild, like Sawyer's.
