Just been watching season 3 of lost and on the episode were hurley finds the van in his flash back he visits a tarrot card reader, who says
"death surrounds you and a war is coming" even though she admits his dad put her up to it.
Sounds like something to do with the dharma and hostles to me, wonder if hurley has a big part in it.

this is simialar to the "false" pyschic Claire visited in Australia ( richard maulkin) who gave her the 815 ticket to LA.
pretty awesome when Hurley slams a huge roll of ca$h on the table, and she's like " the black arts are not for sale.....$$$$$blam$$$$ OK he told me to."

I just posted this a few minutes ago on a previous thread.
I have always thought that the main character was Hurley. That's right, my fav-0-rite guy. Who knew the numbers before the crash? Hurley, that's who. As everyone else is trying to decide which side to be on, or who the leader will be, Hurley is trying to bring people together. Who is the only person to have conned Sawyer? Hurley, that's who, several times even. (Hurley conned Sawyer into thinking he'd be banished. He beat him at ping-pong.) Hurley created the golf course and got the van running. Hurley saved the day when Tom and his friends went to kidnap the pregnant women.
when am i?

We still don't know the circumstances that led him to change his mind and decide to go back to the island.
He was in prison but Ben got his lawyer to release him.
Maybe he saw Charlie again while in prison and changed his mind, after all he did say,"never say never dude" to Jack.

psst, Ben conned Sawyer too. (The fake pacemaker while in the cages....he told him, the only way to earn a conman's respect is to con him.) ( something like that)I agree Hugo deserves a place high up the chain, but how's he going to lead from the kitchen? That DILogo is too funny... achef's hat with cross butterknives lmao!!!
you should upload that for your avatar Hurleygirl.

^ bump that, I think Ben's lawyer got the charges dropped or they couldn't stick anything to him. The only person besides Charlie to talk Hugo onto 316 would have to be Libby, but since he had the guitar case it appears Charlie was the one.

this is what i think. an older hurley has been guiding our hurley in the right direction. how else could he have gotten those lottery numbers unless he already knew the numbers. remember, didn't a 'crazy old man' tell him the numbers in the first place?
