About season 4...

Highlights:

About Jack: " Everybody wanted him to be this heroic guy, and actually, he's really flawed and the island is stripping away this deep compassion in him and bringing out a much darker side, so there's an evolution that's happening in the character"

About the general track of Season 4: " Answering all those questions of who got off with him? Who's in the casket? Why does he want to go back, this guy of all people? Why is he suicidal and desperate to go back?"

How much time has elapsed between Island Jack and the Miserable Addicted Jack we saw in TTLG: "If you're going to talk about from Jack in the plane crash to Jack in the future, that's about a year and a half, and Jack on the island now would be about 120 days."

I like his comments that the 'future' is about 1-1/2 years into the future. I had no idea - I was thinking 5 years or so...Of course, 1-1/2 years would put it at the end of the series. (2010)

there are some good interviews on ew.com with both Jack as well as the producers.

here is a link to a recent one.

http://www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,20179125,00.html

some quotes that will spark some interst

''By the end of the seventh episode, the audience will now know who the Oceanic 6 are.'

DAMON LINDELOF: Naomi's bracelet in the Sayid episode is a key point here. I got some e-mails from people who wondered if there was a connection between Naomi's bracelet and the bracelet worn by the woman Sayid killed in his flash-forward. There is no connective tissue. Sometimes a bracelet is just a bracelet. We just thought it would be a cool emotional touchstone for Sayid; Elsa's bracelet reminds him of Naomi. But some people interpreted that, ''Is there something more there?'' We might need to address that.

EDIT: I wanted to add though I couldn't find it again, in an interview with Matthew Fox, he says that his father really did die, when he was saying "go see how drunk my father is" in the flash forward, Jack was in a delirious state of mind according to the producers.
