Locke is my favorite. He's been there the whole time and yet he's still one of the more mysterious characters on the show.

Desmond and Faraday tie for a close 2nd.

Alpert is my favorite. He is very mysterious he is an unkown quantity. We dont really know anything about him besides the fact that he is very old and yet seems to never age. He was at one time a leader of the Others but took a backseat to Widmore and Ben. Why? Why would this guy who is obviously an intelligent and wise man allow men like those two to lead the Others into oblivion? I just really enjoy the mystery of his character and Nestor Carbonell plays the charcater so well.
