In every episode lately, we get information needed from every scene. LOST hasn't really wasted much time. But I am not sure what the scene of Jack and Roger really had that we needed to get? I know Roger questioned Jack about Kate and that Jack went to tell Sawyer, but is this all? Or was there more to it? Please help me out here. Maybe I missed something. Thanks.

Absolutly. I think between Roger and Phil, Jack and Kate are in big trouble.

I think the key there were several key parts to this scene. Automatically the chalk board with the three Egyptian times mentioned. Making sure everone knows Egypt holds the key answers Islands past. The Kate issue seems to be a huge problem that will lead to new drawing of lines to split sides. Roger and Lafleurs Security guy are the only two that know about Bens body so now one is captured and the other Jack just assured. Also take notice to alot of art work hanging maybe answers there im going back for a second look. And maybe take notice to Rogers drinking now he a full blown drunk and im sure after Ben returns somthing will feel wrong and he will know that this monster is no longer his boy.

I saw the Egyptian reference on the chalkboard too, and thought 'Yay.' Like it was a shoutout from the producers that we're getting something right. haha.
And I thought when Jack got all in Roger's face that Jack and co. will be like a breaking point with people trusting them. I thought that even tho Roger is kinda a dweeb, he will still report Kate and/or Jack, and that starts something. idk tho! I love the show!

I thought that too for a minute. I asked myself did Jack just make it worst? I thought that Roger would still go and report the whole Kate thing. But maybe Roger started thinking that horace would know he was drunk and think the same the Jack did. I noticed the Egyptian stuff too but did anyone notice how quick Jack can erase a chalk baord. Everything was gone by the time Roger kicked the mop bucket. Sorry, I just thought it was funny. He is a pretty effecient janitor. LOL
