Was looking at this again this morning and I swear that i hear Miles in the back ground. This could have lots if implications. Miles (or Myles, whatever) tells his father the truth? They try to change what happens? Marvin states that it will be thirty years when the message is recieved but by who? Obviously they are trying to reach the DI or what remains of it in the future.

Most people are certain that the person in the background is Dan. It sounds a lot like him. Miles is the baby that cries in the beginning of it.
Lots of people also believe that Chang says "LaFleur, what are you doing?" at the end of the video. But others will disagree.

Both Miles and Faraday are heard. It seems we are approaching the point in time in the show when this video is made.
Miles says "It doesn't matter" then Daniel Faraday chimes in and says "None of this matters.. etc".
Miles was the baby crying, but also freighter Miles is watching.

is this why scenes were taken out of the videos? because 06 were in them?

I like this theory! Except when they found the edits from the swan video, there wasn't anyone in them, was there? Perhaps I need to go watch 'orientation' again....

My guess is Ilana and crew are the ones who watch this video in present time, it could be either further instructions for when they get there or like the reason they went all in charge insane mode with their new phrase on everyone.

I agree with all of that. That's what I got out of it to.
