Naw, the way Kate looked at the baby before the Miles incident totally clued me into the ending.

I think she steals Aaron, and either Claire is killed looking for him or is still on the island in the future.

I wonder how Desmond's vision of the Claire & Aaron in the helicopter plays into it...

Also, if Kate took the baby either by Claire's request or after Claire dies, then why would Jack be so put off by Kate's offer to stay with both her and "her son"...
