8-9pm - This is a hilight/recap show - Highlights from past episodes focus on Locke's fate, how the Oceanic 6 came to return to the island and what happened to the survivors left behind on the island during the three years after Ben moved it.

9-11pm - 2-Hour Season Finale - "The Incident" - In the Season 5 finale, Jack runs into stiff opposition to his plan to set things right on the island, while Ben gets a tough job assignment from Locke. Flashbacks focus on Kate, Juliet and Sawyer.

BOOOOOOOOOOOO. come on, if i don't see jacob do some crazy stuff, or richard do some immortal-ass deeds, or or widmore fighting smokie, or anything of that crazy epic nature in flashbacks i'm going to be disappointed. sorry, but this love triangle business needs to just finish so we can get back to LOST.

I really doubt those flashbacks will deal with the love quadrangle. (Which I do care about.) Flashbacks in finales have always been enormously epic. i.e. getting on the plane, desmond's story, flashforwards, jeremy bentham... What I am hoping for is at the very end to reveal the face of the 4-toed statue and have it be Juliet or Kate! Or even Sawyer.

I think these are important flashbacks because these 3 go back to the mainland and see their child selves. Although seeing them on the island in the preview kind of debunks that theory.

These "flashbacks" will have Everything to do with Jacob! Jacob is the reason these people lived the lives that have, and the reason why they got on flight 815...(I hope, lol)
