Did anyone else catch a glimpse of Kate when she looked at the man on the horse who turned out to be Widmore. She looked confused like she already knew who he was but she didnt know why he was there.

I can tell you why she recognized him but not what the look meant. She took Ben to the other's and Widmore was there when she did it. It might have just been surprise when he knocked Jack over.

Im sure Kate has heard that name before, Charles Widmore, and I would expect her to have the look you described havin seen Charles when she did.

I noticed her give a curious look too. I was trying to figure out if she'd met him before on the island previously to returning, but she never time jumped to our knowledge, she was gone before the wheel was turend.

In any case I feel that it was deliberate and there might be something to it. They've been tooling around in the jungle enough to not be surprised like THAT when something happens.

To keep him from finding the island and friends.

She was on Penny's boat for a while.

Widmore wasn't there when lil Ben got dropped off. Richard took Ben right to the Temple, and Widmore didn't know about it until afterwards.

i am going with this theory as well . she did have a strange look , but hey some guy just came out of no where and rifle whipped jack right in the face! i think she looked that way because it was such a brutal shot.

she had a completely different strange look when she heard widmore's name, but i think that's because she had heard his name so often however i don't think she has ever actually seen or met him has she ?
