has frank deviated from the bearings? they cant have crashed as we know sayid gets off the island. could they have gone beyond the freighter - but i am not sure how they were doing for fuel etc...

We know sayid lives, so odd of it crashing in the middle of the ocean are unlikely. the question is, how do we know Regina is telling the truth? And why didn't she answer the main telephone line, the one she knew the islanders would call on???

she could well be lying though but no idea why.

Of course i can't know for sure, but i don't think Regina is lying. We saw that the helicoter was in some kind of trouble. Maybe island doesn't want them to leave the island doesn't want them to leave.

I think it will probably have something to do with the time difference. But I don't get what Frank was trying to do in the previews when he was flying directly into the storm.

based on the missle experiment, and the fact that the missle is much faster than the helicopter, i'd expect the helicopter to take a lot longer to reach the freighter. frank wouldn't deviate from the coordinates - he supposedly a good pilot.
