i know, i know. old episode. BUT in it Mikhail (aka patchy) said some intersting things right before he died...the first time.
on the way to find jack at the others camp at dharmaville, he tells sayid kate and locke that he was brought to the island when he was 24 via the sub and that the sub cannot run now because the swan hatch blew and now there will be no way to find a way back to the island again. kate says why would you want to come back, patchy says you are incapable of understanding, you were not on the list made by a great man, you are not pure you are imperfect and scared and flawed. kate bites back with ben is not so great, patchy says ben? not ben. sayid says you don't know us. patchy says yeah right sayid jarrah and kate austen i know nothing about you. but you john locke,you disappoint, i swear i knew you before except you used to be ...and then he was cut off by danielle finding the pylons.
when would mikhail have known john? continuity error? cause the time travel is almost over, we have not seen mikhail at all, he was not dharma, john never lived in dharma never stayed in any time period at all. weird, right? a foreshadowing of time travel but an bad one that was never played out in the story? maybe tptb did not know yet that john locke wouldn't be back in time long enough. OR is something yet to come?
