Watching the Man Behind the Curtain, noticed Roger Workman's Dharma jumpsuit had a swan logo on it. This was the night that Ben saw his mother at the pylons, which was also before Ben met Richard. So it was before Ben was shot and before the swan was built.

Hrmmmm? If so then add it to the threads of other slight errors in flashbacks, Daniel's journal etc. Perhaps these are being placed intentionally. I would hate to think the extent they went to create Lost carelessness would be so rampant

Roger's DI jumpsuit has a Swan, Chang's DI lab coat has a Swan....nothing new. The Swan was in the process of being built or just about completed. I definitly think that the incident room has been finished already, at the least.

In Follow the Leader, when Ben says, 'Why do you think I tried to kill [Locke]', to Richard, do you think he was referring to the incident with the Dharma grave when Ben shot John or in the Hotel when Ben strangled John?

When he strangled him was my impression.

Ok because in The man behind the curtain, Locke really throws the Others' camp for a whirl bringing in Cooper's dead body, beating the crap out of Mikhail, and demanding to see Jacob. Very similar to the John Locke we are seeing now.

Yes. We've already talked about this notso, but the hatch lid was being prepped when Hurley and Miles were looking at the construction site. And basically, you wouldn't build the roof to a house without having a foundation to build it on. So the hatch lid would suggest the Swan is very far along in its construction.

I agree with ya there Ort it would be ridiculous if they had built a hatch door and nothing else, i was thinking that when i saw it.
Althou I think thats just what they have done, they wanted to show it being built and having an effect on hurley with the numbers, but they are still drilling so i'd be surprised if the interior is complete.
We shall see.....hope it has, i really wanna see more of the hatch.

Could be. When I first saw the construction site, it looked like they were just beginning to build the Swan. But when I thought about the hatch lid, it just didn't make sense that they would create the lid and then just have it sit there while they build the rest of the Swan.
Stupid ambiguity.

He could have been referring to both since both attempts were to kill him. One of which he somewhat was succesful at.

the swan would have to be almost finished if the incident is going to happen in a few hours. they have to contain it afterwards, and it would be really hard to do from scratch

Agreed. When you look at the doorway Jacks Key pulled towards it looked completed with junk stacked up with concrete poured over. However when we saw the construction site it did look like it was in the early stages of construction, either it was completed or the Dharma builders are bloody quick ( unlike mine at the moment).
Also when Roger was killed ben was an adult therefore he could have been working at the sawn for a while
