How about the reversed logo at the end? Black background to white and white letters to black... If Jacob was good shouldn't it be White to Black if he died?

Maybe the logo didn't have to do with Jacob, but with the show itself. If Juliet causing the bomb to explode worked as planned (according to Faraday's journal), then Season 6 might be the exact opposite of the Season 1, in some sort of crazy LOST way.
