First only one leader and Richard called Hawkings His leader? That means she was the leader and Not Widmore?
Second, only one leader and Locke was dead so did that make ben the leader again?...and the reason for the "loophole" of why Ben could kill (immortal)Jacob with a knife?

That would be my guess.
In response to your original post, yes, it seems Eloise was the leader when they were in the tunnels. She must leave some time later, leaving Charles in charge, (sorry, couldn't resist).
In regards to the two leaders, I took it that only Locke was the leader, and only the current leader could seek an audience with Jacob, and the leader bringing a +1 to the meeting could be constituted as there being 2 leaders, which isn't allow.
Lastly, and forgive me, but I'm going off topic for a second because this thread got me thinking. Lately there has been a lot of talk about why Eloise made Daniel's last name Faraday. Well, in the tunnels Eloise constantly hears Sayid and Jack refer to Daniel as "Faraday" Being a big supporter of destiny, maybe she named her son Daniel Faraday because she knew she was supposed to.

I think Locke was really only the leader for the few moments before Ben turned the wheel, if at all. Easu had to trick the Others into thinking Locke was their leader so that the true leader(Ben) could lead him to Jacob.

He didn't have to do that much deceiving in order to convice them. In "Follow the Leader" on the way to tell past-Locke he must die, anti-Jacob (Easu) simply asks Richard if he is the leader, Richard responds that he is. After Ben banished himself the Others didn't have much of an other option for a leader, they've clearly been waiting for him to return since Ben turned the wheel in 2004.
And how could Ben lead him to Jacob? Ben believed Jacob lived in the cabin. Not only that, Ben had never seen nor spoken to Jacob.

Just because the Others believe he was the true leader doesn't mean he is. Perhaps Jacob chooses the leader.
As for leading him to him, I guess you could say it was Richard who did, but Ben was with Locke when they got to his room.

Perhaps, but I don't think anti-Jacob cared whether he was the true leader or not. All he needed was for the Others to believe he was. They believed he was their true leader as soon as he strolled back to their camp in 2007.
Because he was the preceived true leader of the Island, he was able to have Richard show him the location of Jacob's home, (he obviously didn't know it, or he could have went there himself) so that he could have Ben kill Jacob.

Yes, that's essentialy what I'm saying, except I have a poor choice of words. :p Easu is basically Ben times 1000.
I wonder, though, who sets these rules that Easu had to find a loophole in? Someone even more powerful than either of them? The island? Will it involve that bible story about Jacob stealing their father's blessing?

That is a good question. I'm guessing either the rules were devised between Jacob and anti-Jacob (Easu), or they were handed down by a higher being.

I'm not sure. I've only heard this from other people and haven't read it myself, so I don't know what the outcome was.
It reminds me of Ben and Charles. Ben has a soft spot for children, yet kills just about anyone else and manipulates people, while with Charles it's hard to say. He was an arrogant prick as a kid, but seems to have learned a bit as he grew older, had an affair, sends a boatload of C4 to the island, etc. Both have their flaws.
