R.G Braclets

Both Niomi and the lady from sayid's flash forward, had on identical braclets with the initials R.G. ingraved on the inside of it. Thoughts?? who is R.G??

Anyway, they weren't wearing identical bracelets if you saw screencaps, although they were pretty similar. BUT, in an interview the boys said there was NO connection.. "Sometimes a bracelet is just a bracelet". Here's the link:

I thought that was weird that there was no connection especially being that they focused on both of them. Weird.

i'm glad about the redirection to that site. i simply enjoy this show, and don't really spend too much time digging around in my spare time. i've therefore missed out on a lot of good info from the producers, writers, directors, etc. i'm really appreciative of some of the things mentioned in that interview, the chronology of the narratives in the "future" in particular. i really feel that it's difficult to decipher in what order some of these things are happening, and before reading that article, i was a bit peeved that they may not have been in any particular order at all. as there are plenty of things to speculate about, i'm opposed to making things more confusing than they need to be by mixing flashbacks, narratives in future settings, and current events without setting strict standards to the chronology.

I've only recently started getting into the interviews and podcasts and things, and they've been really helpful.

Overall, it seems that the show is much less confusing (not less intricate, just less messy) than the fans make it out to be. Reading about and listening to those guys helps clear lots of rumors up.. they aren't trying to trick us AT ALL as some people seem to want to believe.

I was actually kind of surprised the subtitles didn't say anything about Elsa's bracelet in the recap episode? I still think its significant I was just waiting for them to confirm that it was a similar bracelet to Naomi's.

From the article I linked:

So there you go.. NO connection between the bracelets. They focused on the bracelet for a second because of his memory of Naomi. Nothing else.
