I have not seen any threads on this, but I was wondering if anybody knows if any of these people have any character links, because something tells me we may have seen some of them in the past:

Kate's prosecutor?

The only person i recognized was Kate's attorney, but not from Lost, if you are a fan of HBO's Big Love, he plays the brother (with the crazy wife) of Bill.

Hello everyone. First time here. The actor playing Kate's lawyer played the killer in the movie Frequency. Elizabeth Mitchell ( Julia) was also in it. The actress who played The District Attorney was in Star Trek TNG as a hollogram scientist type whom Giordi was in love with.
