This is going to be long... The first thing -when Locke is walking down in the basement to feed Ben he sets the tray down to unlock the door. You can see this ghostly looking thing by the tray. You have to frame by frame this with tivo. It almost seems that when Locke gives the eggs to Ben that one of the eggs is missing. Back up a step. Does it seem to you that Locke makes a big deal that there is only two eggs left? I am wondering if they haven't dropped any food for a while. Now back to my frame by frame. Please look from the time Kate gets out of the car to go to court and through the court.
1. Look at the reporters, do you recognize anyone? Look close you have to frame by frame it.

2.In the courtroom look at everyone in there. I can't get the balliff"s name-the prosecutor she acts weird always looking at Kate.

3. Look behind Kate's lawers right (his right) shoulder. Isn't that Jack's dad! He is standing by the window. They make it a point to show him.

in the court room behind her lawyer.....does look a little like Christian (blue suit and tie 2 rows back but his hair looks brown and not gray)....i just dont think its him:(.....never seen the defense att before.......the only dude that looks familiar in the reporting crowd...ekos borther in the black outfit.....but is it him????thats the only one that fairs a resemblence to me...sorry...i have gone back and maybe im missing something...i thought about that during the show and tried to watch the faces for someone familiar

as to the eggs:i saw Locke take two eggs from the fridge and only cook 2 eggs so i dunno what ur talking bout one missing....i don't see any ghostly thing...r u sure

His hair is white. Over the laywers right shoulder - his right shoulder by the window also by the police officer. Look again. He is leaning on the wall.

O.k.- do you have tivo? When Locke walks down the stairs to give Ben his eggs he stops to open the door. He puts the eggs down then if you have tivo you can push frame by frame. The white ghostly thing appears then. He walks in and gives Ben the food. They show the food. One egg.

I just watched the tray scene frame by frame and I can't figure out what you're talking about.. you can see the tray, John's shirt, and a shadow created by John.. I don't see anything else. BUT, I did notice that one of the eggs and about half of the cantalope pieces are gone.. That't totally weird, but I don't know what it could mean. Maybe it's just an error.

About the two eggs.. I don't think it has to do with a food drop.. remember Ben mentions killing a chicken for dinner? I think they get the eggs on the island.

I'll have to check out the court scene to see if I see what you're talking about.

No way is that Christian against the wall.. that guy is shorter, has broader shoulders, more hair and a rounder face.

I don't want it because I just watched the scene and I don't think it's him, but maybe someone else that's wondering about it should.. They have a bunch from the courtroom up there now, but none of them show the white-haired guy.

I see the guy in the courtroom, but he doesn't look like Jack's dad to me. I also don't see the ghostly thing you're talking about w/the egss. Can you tell me which reporter is familiar to you?

I think this is another trick that they do just like the people sitting behind Jack on the airplane on last season's flashforeward looked like Sun or Jin. You only get the briefest glimpse and then the game is on.

None of the reporters looked familiar to me, and I did watch it frame-by-frame. Someone else mentioned that Eko's brother is a reporter, but that is NOT true (I don't know if that who you're referring to). That is most definitely not the same person.

And it was probably a very long supply of food for 2 people... I'm guessing the others retrieved any other food drops there might have been.
