Can anyone read the name of the Judge? I can't make it out. It seems like there are a lot of people in the courtroom they are wanting us to see.

The guy on the right (behind the blur), next to black woman in blue dress, behind guy in blue suit with tie. He just looks grey to me. Grey hair, his skin tone is off, grey shirt...

You mean the guy that's mostly blurred out because he's behind the unfocused part of the person that's blocking half the screen?

No thats not smoke or anything LOL, the person is just super close to the camera so its unfocused.

yeah and the guy behind the guy causing the blur must be scottish - we rarely get the sun lol!

O.k. my son just got home from school and I showed him. The guy in the first courtroom scene - my son said it looks like Lockes Dad. Behind the lawyer when he is standing up. I might just be nuts from the long week.

No I just rewatched the episode and it definitely wasn't Locke's dad, sorry.

One more thing when Kate is walking in and all the reporters are there when she is almost in does the one guy look like Echo's brother? Three people who watch have told me that too.

No, that's not him.. They have the same skin tone, but they really don't look alike at all other than that.
