If they had a time flash, wouldn't she physically be in the same place (in teh Swan) but a different time?

I'm not sure. There was a flash while the O6 were on 316, and they didn't seem to fall from the sky.

That's what I am thinking, but if they flashed to 2007 as I think they have, she would be at the bottom of the destroyed swan station, almost guaranteeing her death (much like how Sawyer and Co. though Locke was dead when the well closed up on him).

Looks like the O6 did fall from the plane when it was hovering low over the island.
Locke was not dead when the well closed in on him,he fell and broke his leg,then met Christian.
