Sayid couldn't be one of the Oceanic 6

I'm new here and this has probably been discussed, but did anyone noticed that at Kate's trial, her lawyer said she couldn't be a flight risk because everyone had seen her face. No one recognizes Sayid, soooo he couldn't be one of the six could he? If so how did he get off the island? Man, this show is driving me crazy!!!!!

yeah... he is one of the O6... he even said as much on the golf course... right before he clipped that guy.

You have a valid point but he was in Europe I think so maybe that is why??? And Jack made Kate out to look like the Hero of the whole crash so maybe that is why she has the most recognizable face in the country.

Did he actually say he was one of the six? That lawyer said anyone in the world with internet, tv or could read a newspaper would recognize her as one of the six. Wouldn't that have been so with all six?

Yeah, Sayid is definitely one of them. Besides what we've already seen in the show, in the most recent podcast it was confirmed that he was one of them.

i agree DI. They obv have a story rehearsed and are sticking to it....sayid is one :)and he did say it to the guy he killed on the golf course...i think that he is just traveling all over the world as Ben's assassin...good idea though

Sayid is for sure one of the Oceanic 6. I think Kate's face is probably on more TV because 1) she is one of the Oceanic 6 and 2) was probably arrested right after she returned, making for good news. Sayid could return, get his settlement, and then just make himself scarce, while Kate was followed by TV 24/7.

Also, in "the story", Kate is the hero.. maybe she's more famous than the rest of them.

Beside the fact the preview leading up to that episode said find out another of the Oceanic 6. Then Sayid said he was one during the show. Seems pretty cut and dry to me.
