Here is the conversation from the beginning of part I the Incident.

anti-Jacob: "Morning."

Jacob: "Morning,"

anti-Jacob: "Mind if I join you?"

Jacob: "Please. Want some fish?"

anti-Jacob: "Thank you, I just ate."

Jacob: "I take it you're here because of the ship."

anti-Jacob: "I am. How did they find the island?"

Jacob: "You'll have to ask them when they get here."

anti-Jacob: "I don't have to ask. You brought them here. Still trying to prove me wrong, aren't you?"

Jacob: "You are wrong."

anti-Jacob: "Am I? They come, fight, they destroy, they corrupt. It always ends the same."

Jacob: "It only ends once. Anything that happens before that is just progress."

anti-Jacob: "Do you have any idea how badly I want to kill you?"

Jacob: "Yes."

anti-Jacob: "One of these days, sooner or later, I'm going to find a loophole, my friend."

Jacob: "Well when you do, I'll be right here."

anti-Jacob: "Always nice talking to you, Jacob."

Jacob: "Nice talking to you, too."

Ok now here's my theory. AJ says I don't have to ask them you brought them here. Perhaps Jacob picked Locke, Jack, Kate, Sawyer, and Sun and or Jin to come to the island originally hence why he visited them before flight 815's crash. Not quite sure why he visited Hurley and Sayid after they got off the island unless he also brought them back that way. Then AJ says I want to kill you and I'll find a loophole someday. Here's my thoughts on that. Whenever Christian appeared I always got this sinister feeling as if he really wasn't as good as he seemed. So what if AJ posessed Christians body to try to kill Jacob but was unsucessful because Jacob did not know Christian. So he needed another body to posess. Hence why Locke(perhaps posessed by AJ) told Richard to tell him that he had to die. AJ knew that Locke was now the leader of the others and Richard would trust him enought to take him straight to Jacob. I know that is alot to take but that's what I think. Let me know your thoughts.

how was christian killed off the island? do we even know what he was really up to in autralia? yeah he was visiting clairsmom or sumpn like that and were told he drank himself to death. i think theres more to this.....idk what, but i think theres more.

and on the same note kinda. we now know christian was not in line with RA. christian came back to life and RA said nobody has ever come back to life before

I also think Jacob states "IF" it only ends once.....i've listened to it over 20 times and i swear he says IF before the rest of the sentence....is hard to make out because he is eating his fish at the same time, but if you listen carefully you will hear what i mean.

I've watched it several times, and the best way to know it is "I'm" and not "we're" is by reading the lips. The lips just out when you say "we're", this is not the case in the sentence.

the dude says I'm and to be perfectly honest the best way to know what he said is a transcript or closed captions or listening over and over
