Can somebody explain to me why Hurley was shown on the TV in season one.
I am rewatching from the beginning trying to spot things that tie in with what we know and I got to "... In Translation". Jin goes to Mr. Byung Han's house to deliver the message for Mr. Paik. While he is there the camera slide to Mr. Byung's daughter who is sitting on the couch watching TV. On the TV you can clearly see Hurley getting into a car. This flashback is obviously from sometime before they got to the island.
The only thing I can think of is because Hurley won the lottery but I don't think that holds any water since why in the world would they show that in Korea?
