Did anyone else notice that when they were bringing Sun into the hospital, one of the nurses asked something and the person helping bring her in said, "Yes, Oceanic 6". Then it turned out that Sun's doctor "was not available...gone at a conference".

Remember how much interest Dharma or Widmore or any other random "they" may be in a baby conceived on the island. So when a different doctor came in after that comment, I was wondering if it was someone from Dharma (or whoever the bad guys are) wanting to get her baby and switch it out with another.

Ok, I know I'm a major conspiracy theorist, so what does everyone else think?

If Sun conceived the baby on the island and Ben wants everyboby to return to the island why he didn't mentioned that Sun's baby have to return to the island and while I am in this topic why Walk is not going back to the island. They were all they and if the island has to be saved everybody who was on the island have to return. Why Ben omitted Wald and Sun's baby and why does Aron has to return. To my knowledge Aron was not concerived on the island. This is strange! By the way do the writers and producers really think that Jin being alive is a SURPRISE. DEFINITELY NOT!!!!!!!!! And we all know that Sun is not going to kill Ben.
