Have you noticed it yet? Heres Just a few of the mentions on the show, we have:

This is an easy one. It was imperative that the statue have ony four toes because Jacob is Horus, a BIRD. Birds only have four (4) toes. This is also more evidence that the Hurley Bird is Jacob.

I have already written posts for the last 2 months especially concerning philosophy, and the sickness, and the EMF effects. On Island:
Sayid tells Flocke in the sun/jin centeric episode. I feel no emotions, no pain, no anger, no sorrow. Claire also appears emotionless when killing the others.

Do you know why?

The reason Sayid feels no emotions is because he has been claimed and has taken all of the philosophical traits of the Rationalist philosopher embodiement of Flocke. Furthermore, the empiricism philosophy in him "died" at the Temple waters.
