Default Mikhail Bakunin Was A Candidate

After a rough day of school, I'm sitting on my bus and just listening to my iPod. I start to think about Lost's last episode and all the stuff that happened in it. I remeber the conversation Richard had with Jack about how he can't die....because Jacob touched him. Well it seems Jack can't die either becuase of the same thing.

After a little time it came to me....where have I seen this before? Where have I seen someone "die" so many times? One man came to mind...Mikhail.

Is he a candidate or just a mere coincidence?

hmmm.

I would say its a fairly safe assumption that everyone who comes to the island is a candidate.

But it does make you think. If Mikhail couldnt die till the island was done with him, the last time we saw him was when he killed Charlie. Was that his purpose? Hmmmm...

Mikhail killed himself, so I don't think he was a candidate.

I thought at first that everyone on island or at least everyone on plane was a canidate. However, didn't the chemistry professor that helps John break into email kill himself by accident when handling dynamite? If so then maybe not all of the survivors from plane were touched by Jacob. Any thoughts?

I guess its safe to say Widmore was never touched by Jacob...He definitely aged allot, from the time he cracked Jack w/the rifle in "77" to when we saw him get booted off the island by Ben...any thoughts?
