I actually paused and wondered about that myself though. They really made it a point to show a bloodied finger and then, poof, Smocke appears. I don't have much about it though. Just a distraction for us to chat about I think.

My thought was wondering if we'd see it somehow in the alt. But since that didn't happen, (yet anyway) I agree. Sometimes a cut is just a cut.
