Default DharmaWantsYou - Puzzle #7 FINAL TEST

ATTENTION ALL RECRUITS
RE: FINAL RECRUIT EVALUATION

Namaste.

I am extremely pleased to announce that the seventh and final test in the Dharma Initiative's Volunteer Recruitment Program is now available at

http://www.dharmawantsyou.com.

This test plays an extremely important part in determining your final role within the Dharma Initiative's upcoming research project.

This test is, perhaps, the most challenging recruits have yet encountered in the Volunteer Recruitment Program. A great deal is demanded of you in this final examination. It is an excellent opportunity to distinguish yourself in the eyes of assessors.

Once you have completed the seventh assessment your overall results will be collated and delivered to the Volunteer Recruit Evaluation Panel for analysis. The members of this distinguished panel will make recommendations to myself, as the Head of Recruiting, regarding the specific departmental position appropriate for each recruit. Upon my review I will formally present the recommendations to the executive board of the Dharma Initiative for final approval.

Final recruit departmental positions and results will be outlined in your personalized Volunteer Assessment Dossier, which will available for download from DharmaWantsYou.com after December 15, 2008.

Good luck to you all.

Namaste.

Hans Van Eeghen
Head of Recruiting
The Dharma Initiative

After you take the 7th test you may begin to wonder why Dharma hired Roger. Then you may start to think about the regret he had just before he died. He seemed to repent for his neglect and abuse of Ben. It's a cautionary tale. Spend time with your kids and train them up in the way you would have them go, and they will not depart from it. Roger trained Ben up, alright. Through his neglect his son went a certain way that caused Roger's own demise. The cat's in the cradle with the silver spoon the little boy playing the man in the moon, When ya comin' home Dad? I don't know when, But we'll have a good time then, son. I know we'll have a good time then. My own son has put his weekend mountain bike riding friends ahead of spending time with his boys. Their mother died 2 years ago and the boys spend most of their time playing World of Warcraft or other video games in their rooms alone! The younger boy is a very lonely kid and he is very smart. I'm actually grateful that they have something that fills their time even if its not with a human being. I live too far away to fill in the gap. They need time with their dad but it isn't happening. I'm just saying take the time to talk to your kids and to listen to their thoughts, feelings and ideas. Roger couldn't have given a damn about Ben. What's the big surprise in the way Ben is acting now?
Having spent some time with a contemplative family in the hills of Kentucky close by a monastery, I know that the monks spend a certain amount of time examining their lives each day. They reflect on their actions and make a resolve to do better the next day.
Take the 7th test and see where you stand. Sorry about the soap box.
