In last episode we saw that Flocke is now walking around with Ben to find and kill Desmond.

Or maybe she was with him in that canoe....And the flashing losties have appeared while on the way to Dharmaville? Claire was so angry that they wanted to leave her once more that she starts to shoot on the "flashing losties in their canoes"...
Julliette shoots and hit Claire....Claire dies....Flocke throws her into the water....and continue his trip to Dharmaville.
Next we see that Smoke grabs Richard....etc...
