ewwww last episode was pretty good and i'd love to see how they'll spin bringing someone back from the dead. This show has Lost qualities all over it.

For me, this show is getting better and better. The storytelling is very Lost-ish, which I like. Every week we get to know a different character a little better. Liked the backstory between Snow and Regina.

Anyone have any idea who August is?

In Storybrook he arrives with a typewriter on a motorcycle.
He seems to know more than he's letting on.
He repairs or rewrites or adds to Henry's book.

Then in the last episode he twists his ankle and then walks it off.
Why would they write that in, unless it was important?

Reading around it seems alot of people think he (August) is either Peter Pan or Pinochino. i'm betting on Peta Pan!

Absolutely. I was a good reveal; she screwed the queen over, but you can't quite hold it against her since she was just a girl.

Very cool.

As far as August, I hadn't thought about Pan...

The only character I've been enjoying so far has been Mr. Gold/Rumpelstiltskin. Not that I hate any of the others(though Grumpy being Dreamy wasn't done very well), but I find that there isn't quite the amount of diversity in characters that Lost had. Besides that, it feels like every other episode is given to Snow or Charming and any other characters just get their one obligatory moment to shine before we never see them again.

Agreed. But there was an episode where they had "Stealthy" break them out of prison, only to get killed... which was pretty cool.

For what it's worth, I think this show is a 'keeper' and I'm pretty happy so far (and Red/Hazel is smoking hot.)

Going along with the LOST connection, was I the only one who didn't realize that Queen/Regina was Greta from "Through The Looking Glass?"

I just KNEW she looked familiar!

That's crazy. Surprised I didn't catch on to that earlier. Then again I hardly remember any of the one-episode characters from Lost anyway.

Speaking of, I found it interesting how, in this last episode, August tried to convince Emma by showing her his leg. Reminded me of Locke...only not quite as old or bald. :P
