Jacob and Jake's Dad

It is obvious that Jack's dad is in the rocking chair. It is further obvious that the eye is not Locke.

Jack's dad is not Jacob. Which leaves it very likely that the eye that looks out at Hurley is in fact Jacob.

In the chair = Jack's Dad
The Eye looking out = Jacob

IMO

sorry for misspelling Jack in the title
