Default Fringe Science Quiz

Found this quiz, thought some of you might be intereted. Some interesting ideas to say the least.

Good luck!

'Plenumary Time' and 'Reverse Speech' seem to fit together well

I could be wrong but I don't believe this link is directly related to the Fringe series.

Chester, correct me if thats what your intention was...in reference to the Fringe series.

Its just a generic link about "fringe" scientific theories. I suppose that thats the underlying basis of the show Fringe but also of Lost and many other science fiction shows in many cases. At least the good ones.

I guess they are related in that the show Fringe probably uses alot of "fringe" science ideas. Maybe some of them are listed here. But it was certainly not my intention to bring the show Fringe into the discussion. Just to show some of the 'crazy' ideas out there that would be available to TPTB should they want to base their story on a "scientific" (a la Jurassic Park) account.

One of the 'people' listed is a make believe character who featured in 'The Third Policeman' - de Selby. He's aparently the guy who came up with the idea about plenumary time...

Well I have my own theories about where TPTB got the crux of their story...
I believe they ursurped some from a British physict named Desmond. I should start another thread though so as not to derail yours.

This isn't a theory. This is a collection of theories relegated to the "fringe" of science, at this point in time. At a different point in time, the theory that earth was round and that it revolved around the sun, would have been included.
