No, it hasn't been canceled, but they are changing the direction of the show. More of a musical and sitcom, and there is going to be a talking animated cat from space. Can't wait!

how prophetic will you feel when this actually happens. there may very well be a musical number before all is said and done, there is already plenty of comedy generally speaking, and, well, a talking cat is not that far behind.
